Our South Auckland based client are a huge brand and market leader. This payroll team are one of the largest, and one huge benefit of joining this awesome organisation is the support you will get in your new role as Payroll Team Leader

**About the role**
This role is a rare opportunity to fast track your Payroll career and give you leadership experience in a supportive and busy environment. Within this busy and large payroll team you will be one of 6 Team Leaders where you will have two direct reports and cover a payroll with a head count of approx. 500. There is a lot of awesome projects coming up in the next few years to help automate this fairly manual, volume payroll so loads of opportunity to grow and learn.

**About you**
We are ideally looking for an experienced and confident Payroll professional who is used to a larger payroll and is across the New Zealand legislation. You will be someone who always sets high standards and is the ‘go to person’ for your team, and looking to develop that into a leadership position. Of course you are system savvy and comfortable with Excel to at least an intermediate level.
