We're looking for a talented and agile Tier 4 manager for our Strategy and Performance team of around 6 FTE's. This is a busy and critical team leadership role. You will be leading the delivery of our corporate accountability documents and the delivery of our regular organisational performance reporting for our key business units, our Executive team and for our Board and Minister. You'll work with managers across our organisation, our regions and districts, and with our monitoring agency, DIA.

You'll lead the delivery of our corporate accountability and strategy documents and regular organisational performance reporting. This team's key customers are our senior leaders, Board and Minister, so you'll be building a good understanding of how our organisation is performing and you'll tell our story well. Your team gathers information from across the organisation and you'll build strong working relationships with many of our key managers and our regional leaders. This is a great opportunity to lead a critical team that makes a difference for the organisation.The salary range for this role is $141,629 - $157,365 depending on your skills and experience.Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role
- Proven experience leading the delivery of corporate accountability and strategy processes, and performance reporting in the NZ public sector
- Exceptional team leadership skills to lead a small team delivering for senior audiences
- The ability to see the big picture - what's our performance story and how well are we doing - and communicate this well to a senior audience
- You'll be great at building collaborative working relationships with a wide range of people
- You'll have agility, initiative, great time management skills and bring energy to this role
