**Te Tūranga - The Role**

This role offers opportunities to grow your technical skills, your leadership skills (through opportunities to lead projects), to collaborate within a supportive team, and to make a tangible impact on Tait's product offerings.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with architects, senior engineers, and other stakeholders to align with the product development strategy.
- Participating in key aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a focus on learning and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Supporting system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between multiple components.
- Assist with testing strategies, including contributing to automated testing frameworks, to maintain product reliability.
- Supporting the product lifecycle by addressing customer feedback and contributing to improvements.

**Ō pūkenga - About You**

To be successful in this role you'll bring:

- Experience with strongly typed languages such as C++, C# or similar.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team success.
- Clear and effective communication skills to align with project goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- A focuss on continuous improvement, including process enhancements and technical improvement as well as developing yourself.
- Experience with, or an interest in, frontend design would be an added bonus.
