Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, successful applicants will draw on their extensive experience to drive development of Forbury’s technical solution. The underlying solution is programmed in C# (.NET Core) and TypeScript Angular 12+ and comprises a web portal, API Server, OfficeJS Excel add-ins, a Calculation Engine and Automation Services which work together to produce and customise Excel financial models.

Initially, it is expected the role will focus on expanding and enhancing the capabilities of the existing Forbury Add-In solution, as well as develop automations for merging Excel models, custom sheets and automated model testing. In addition, the successful applicant will develop the Forbury Portal and forthcoming Web-UI version of their financial models as well as undertake work to expand the overall capabilities of the Forbury Calculation Engine with external integrations and improve performance via optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience with C# (.NET Core)
- Angular (TypeScript)
- Excel integrations (preferred)
- Web API integrations
- Mathematical Programming (preferred)
- SQL Server

In joining their fast paced, technical, and highly motivated team, you will have experience in a similar development environment with exposure to the financial sector being a significant benefit. You may have a Computer Science / Engineering qualification and an aptitude for mathematical modelling - both of which will help equip you for success. You will need to be solution focused and methodical with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. On a personal level you will be self-motivated with a proactive and considered approach, along with strong interpersonal skills and relish working as part of a collaborative team that strives for continuous improvement.
