We are looking for a Customer Manager D Commerce to be part of the D Commerce Customer Business Development team which is dedicated to delivering sales growth of Unilever products and maximising brand communication opportunities through the D Commerce channel (inclusive of online grocery websites). D commerce is a strategic channel which is targeted to drive double digit growth. The team is closely connected with the Global and Regional teams to leverage our global strategies and knowledge and adapt them locally to drive growth. It sits within the Customer Business Development (CBD) Structure and has strong links to Unilever trading and marketing teams across ANZ.

Role Responsibilities:
- To support the Customer Director, WW and the Alternate Channels & D Commerce Manager in building & driving a local D Commerce strategy to drive turnover growth across the business, using global/regional & local insights and 6-P modelling for the channel- To operationalise and execute the local strategy with the support of the Customer Development & Marketing functions- Use data and information systems to generate relevant insights to drive partnership with our customers and growth for Unilever brands.- Lead the Design for Channel for ecommerce based on channel insights - ie deep analytics to determine what is optimised product range by channel and work with Category Strategy & Planning (CSP) teams to deliver- Use insight into market drivers to capitalize on business opportunities that will enhance our brands recognition in the marketplace- Marketplace Customer Insights - Deliver best in class in marketplace acquisition, engagement, conversion & service initiatives aligned to customer behavioural insights.- To build local capability and understanding of the D-Commerce shopper and how to win with the e-commerce shopper across other CBD teams- Drive online performance through driving a Perfect Store Online strategy across all categories and building broader capability across the business- Alongside the Alternate Channels & D Comm Mgr step change our customer engagements through building a strategic partnership through collaboration with the customers & building ecommerce specific JBPs with key accounts.- Support the Foodstuffs & WW business with delivery of activities onto online platforms (including forecasting, budget management, promotional planning etc)- To work with the Search agency on optimising Unilever’s eCommerce opportunities within retailer and outside (eg. Google)- Responsible for NZ business analysis and reporting to ANZ teams- Be the ears for the market and stay updated on the ecommerce landscape in the country

SCOPE- Close collaborative relationship with NZ Customer Strategy & Planning & Customer Business Development teams- Close connections with the ANZ D-Commerce & Digital team to drive local capabilities- Liaises with external agencies where applicable, including third party service providers for web based solutions and IT technology.
