**Role**:
The Student Recruitment Coordinator (Oceania) is responsible for delivery of high-quality customer service and business relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, generating new business and retaining existing business across the Kaplan International Australia and New Zealand product suite.
This role is a maternity leave contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide account management support to Senior Regional Manager and the Onshore New Zealand (both Auckland and Nationally) and Australian agent channel within developed strategies and budget, with a view to grow numbers from these business critical onshore markets
- Provide ongoing support to offshore staff while maintaining excellent customer service to agents and key stakeholders, acting as a key Kaplan International Pathways Australia and New Zealand representative and liaison based on campus at Massey University’s Auckland (Albany) campus
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Kaplan International Pathways, ANZ University Partner counterparts and Industry body colleagues
- Achieve agreed sales performance targets which have been identified as contributing to revenue, brand and customer service enhancement
- Provide administrative support to the Student Recruitment team and partner agents through the agent management systems - including agent contract administration/management
- Liaise with Marketing Manager for development and ongoing evaluation of updates and content revision of all marketing collateral, including, but not limited to, collating student testimonials, photos, and videos; being the on-campus liaison person for marketing collateral through collaboration with Student Ambassadors and Photographer/Videographer

**Requirements**:

- Ability to foster good relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrate understanding of the Australian and New Zealand Education systems
- Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven and fast-moving environment and to work in a task oriented environment
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Results-orientated, ambitious and highly self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if required
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally if required

**Desirable**
- Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector
- Experience using Salesforce
- Multilingual and able to read, write and speak both English and Mandarin proficiently
