A super smart and savvy Product Owner who loves a challenge and wants to work on great stuff everyday.
Someone who understands how important making sure people are paid is and is passionate about creating great experiences and making payroll easy. Someone who:

- Has the customer and their needs at the heart of everything they do
- Can clearly define and articulate a strategy, and drive to execute the strategy well
- Loves to figure out how things work, and solve problems
- Is really organised, great at communicating and loves working with a team.

What does the job involve?
The Customer Support Product Owner leads the development, strategy, planning and delivery of our Customer Service and Support proposition over its full life cycle. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our unique competitive position and differentiated customer support proposition.

**What you’ll need to bring**:

- A passion for learning new things
- Experience leading and motivating people to meet customer and business goals and objectives
- Ideally some experience in the customer service technology area
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Well-developed oral, written & interpersonal skills.
