**Summary**:

**What You'll Do**:
You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, provide Key Metric reports for Customers and monitoring our call system.
Specifically, you will:
- Create and allocate all service jobs Salesforce to the relevant field technician
- Close off all tasks and finished jobs on a daily basis and ensure any relevant information is captured
- Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports and contract reports
- Update customer database as to maintain accurate information
- Follow up and report of job status to the customer as required
- General office upkeep including ordering office stock, replenishing kitchen and office supplies
**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience in a customer support and administration role
- An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded but not a must
- The ability to be think on your feet and learn quickly
- You are a team play and love to work in a collaborative fast paced environment
