**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for self-driven and motivated individual to join our team in Albany. Reporting to the Imaging & Archiving Supervisor, this role would be responsible to provide scanning, data entry and administrative services in a timely basis in order to achieve a high standard of data and image quality.

Other duties include:

- To provide scanning, data entry and administrative services in a timely basis to achieve a high standard of data and image quality
- Preparing and ordering documents in the required format
- Responsible for delivering to SLA requirements
- Prepare and scan documents
- Accurately identify job preparation errors

The hours of work for this role would be 6.00am
- 2.30pm or 2:30 pm-11:00 pm

**Skills & experience**
- Tech savvy and ability to pick things up quickly
- Strong Data Capture skills
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes
- Experience with MS Office would be advantageous
