**About the role**

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll be an established recruiter with several years’ experience in either/a mix of internal/agency recruitment and providing an end-to-end recruitment service
- Previous experience within a Digital portfolio is advantageous, but not essential
- You’ll be adept at devising sourcing strategies that successfully target hard-to-find talent, and which further the organisation’s diversity and cultural competency
