**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships and develop trust and credibility with colleagues and customers.
- Strong customer service skills and experience dealing with people who are under stress.
- Cultural intelligence; a positive attitude working with people of varying cultures, genders, and abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in organising, including the ability to manage a large workflow of cases and tasks simultaneously and the ability to prioritise under deadlines or pressures.
- High energy levels and initiative, possessing a strong results orientation and the ability to plan and work without close supervision.
- High attention to detail and quality focus.
- Sound administrative experience and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
- Credit check will be required
