Due to an internal secondment, we are looking for a Concierge & Facilities Support to join our team for a 6 Month fixed term contract

**About the role**

As Concierge & Facilities Support you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes people to our offices, the sorter of all things mail, the gatekeeper of pool cars, the support for general site queries (think operational aspects of the building) and the support person for all things conference centre including managing a busy booking system.

**About you**

A customer service expert, you’ll have a welcoming demeanour. Calm under pressure, you’ll have a collaborative working style and will be confident driving efficiencies, ensuring that company standards are applied whilst making guests, both internal and external feel valued and welcome. Self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise your workload, you’ll be a strong communicator who engages and builds strong relationships.
