**About the role**:
You will play a key role in the International team, collaborating with our representatives in our offshore markets, ensuring their product demands are met. Working closely with a number of LIC business units to ensure our international markets have access to the genetics that best suits that market, through managing the international operational needs.

Key Focus Areas:

- Collaborate with international teams to ensure optimal genetic offerings for each market, staying updated on evolving industry standards.
- Manage supply chain logistics to meet international market demands, coordinating with Operations for seamless processing and distribution.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure quality assurance and compliance with export regulations, facilitating the smooth export of products.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, utilizing bull data and photos to create impactful promotional collateral.
- Work with cross-functional teams to innovate and expand our product and service offerings in international markets.

**Key Skills & Experience**:
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong affinity for dairy, and confidently demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of international dairy industries, including the New Zealand's dairy sector.
- Experience in the bovine artificial breeding industry, with proficiency in AE data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in business management, including target setting, forecasting, and operations planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Experience in planning and implementing market supply strategies.
