**The Opportunity**

As a Product Manager for Animal Performance and Traceability, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product solutions. You will help deliver solutions that enable global producers to better manage their livestock. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and product roadmap, focusing on growing volume, revenue, and profitability while managing the entire lifecycle of products within the category.

You'll collaborate closely with our global sales teams, product leadership teams, and marketing teams to innovate new products and coordinate product launches across diverse markets. Your role as a champion of the product and customer involves engaging in end-user research to extract valuable insights for potential product development and identifying opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for a Product Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with our global sales and marketing teams to develop and coordinate product launches across diverse markets. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:

- A tertiary qualification in Product Management, Marketing or Product Engineering/Development.
- 5+ years global product management experience in hardware technology (software experience also desirable).
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a complex global organisation.
- Ability to generate valuable product insights from customer feedback.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to inform your decision-making.
