Our bakery is looking for a multiple skilled Bakers to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and production.

**About the Role**:

- Permanent full-time, minimum 30 hours per week, rostered including weekends
- Pay $30 to $40 per hour based on skills and experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Mix, prepare, and bake bread and pastries.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
- Ensure all products meet consistent quality standards.
- Check inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
- Keep a clean and orderly baking environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage POS and bakery softwar
- Manage Inventory Tracker

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Baker.
- Great attention to detail and creativity.
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries, desserts, bread, etc.).
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, etc.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Good eye for detail
- Social Media Savy
- Have a good understanding or photography and videography
