We are looking for a talented Compliance and EHSR Advisor to join our team at a dynamic production facility in Frankton, Hamilton. This full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, focuses on ensuring compliance and enhancing health, safety, and risk management protocols across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accreditation standards and conduct internal and supplier audits.
- Implement and oversee all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) activities.
- Provide support for injury management and develop the EHSR capabilities on-site and off-site.
- Manage the EHSR Improvement Plan and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the Quality Management system, including ISO 9001 certification.
- Handle customer complaints and manage site compliance with council regulations.
- Complete associated reporting tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on EHSR/Compliance experience, ideally in a medium to large manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EHSR legislative requirements.
- Experience with Environmental Improvement Plans, Occupational Health and Safety, and site security.
- EH&S Certificate Level 3 or a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for safety and the ability to drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with quality and compliance systems.
- Willingness to travel to off-site locations and attend conferences as required.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
