We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Venue Manager to be part of the ongoing success of our bar & restaurant. As a manager you'll play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the venue as well as in leading, training, developing and motivating the team to deliver first-class customer services.

**As a Venue Manager, your key tasks will be**:

- Organizing and controling the operations of the venue and ensuring smooth operations of the business.
- Planning, organising and supervising sporting, gaming, and entertainment activities.
- Efficiently handling the Bar, Gaming and accommodation operations.
- Maximizing sales through food and beverage
- Management of stock levels and financial transactions
- Purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Recruitment, training and management of the food and beverage team.

Minimum 35 hours guaranteed.
- Should have at least one year of relevant supervisor/management experience or suitable qualifications
- Manager’s certificate if preferable
- Should be available to work on weekends and evening shifts.
- Should have relevant work visa / NZ PR / NZ Citizenship.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
