**Position Overview**:
The role of Principal Consultant / Practice Lead carries immense significance as it spearheads the integration consulting practice for one of the technologies (MuleSoft) offered to our partner businesses (customers). This role takes charge of designing, implementing, reviewing, and enhancing the IT solutions delivered to our clients. It also plays a pivotal role in driving a consistent flow of work for the practice, involving interactions with clients, presentations, and responses to proposal requests. Additionally, the position assumes a leadership role, offering guidance, direction, and management oversight to a dedicated team within the practice area.

Operating on multiple projects simultaneously and adeptly balancing workloads is central to this role. Leading a compact team of developers within the relevant Practice, the role requires the utilization of tools and methodologies related to software architecture and development within an ever-evolving, dynamic environment.

The nature of this role entails high responsiveness to client requests, with work priorities closely aligned with the needs of these stakeholders.

**Your experience**:

- Relevant tertiary degree.
- Practice Leadership and Management.
- Certification in relevant technology.
- Presales experience.
- Proven track record in successful Integration/API design, Event Driven Architecture, and MuleSoft projects.
- Over 8 years' experience as an Integration Architect and Senior Developer.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or other CI/CD platforms.
- Azure Integration Service (API Manager, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid).
- Boomi.
- MuleSoft.
- Solace.

This role is offering $150,000 to $180,000 plus bonus per annum depending on experience. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand as this client cannot sponsor.
