**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our Brand Marketing team at ZURU Toys. As the Marketing Executive, you will be the guardian of our brand's framework globally, driving activation and asset creation with specialist teams, and managing assets & delivery to local marketing teams for execution. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with 1-2 years of marketing experience under their belt, looking to take their career global

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

Based at our Auckland centre of excellence, you will be responsible for leading the global strategy and asset creation planning for your brand portfolio, ensuring campaigns align globally and best-in-class assets are used. You will also be the owner of your brand portfolios' brand guidelines, partnering with design and product teams to ensure the brands are consistently represented globally. Other key responsibilities include briefing and supporting the social team for content creation, creating monthly NPD global sales reports for your brand portfolio, and working with partners for key global marketing activations.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment.
- A go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs with a focus on PowerPoint.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or a similar discipline.
