Our Assistant Restaurant Manager's understand that fast-food can be challenging and rewarding all at once. They are accountable for all restaurant standards and for building the desired team culture along side Restaurant Managers. It's an absolute privilege to manage a team, many who are in their first jobs. You will quickly figure out how to focus on what's important and communicate to your Shift Managers clearly and positively. There is no better environment to develop great business skills for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operation. You will be guided and supported by a very experienced leaders, who want you to be the best you can be. You will also be paid for hours if you work over your normal 40 hours working week.

**We offer you**:

- Permanent employment.
- Guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday to Sunday. Hours and days of work will depending on the rostered shifts you are assigned.
- Additional hours, if agreed, are also paid (hours over 80 per fortnight)
- Salary: 61,693 gross per annum.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in Retail or Hospitality in a supervisory role
- Great ability to connecting with people and customer service
- Effective management style with proven experience on staff training, development and motivation
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment
- Ability to motivate and lead the team towards success
- Exceptional presentation, time management & attention to detail
