A manufacturing company run within Australia & New Zealand, my client provides an end-to-end service for its customers by processing and delivering its products with sites throughout country. The organisation has seen sustained growth in the sector and is well known in the industry for processing logístically difficult products. **The Role**
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this varied role includes the following duties:
- Build and design effective service blueprints to ensure efficient and adequate service frameworks for internal and external stakeholders
- Execute various projects including large digital transformation projects
- Support for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the customers and the Service Desk Technicians
- Report on agreed SLAs with recommendations for improvements
- Analyse and develop service and support models and processes based on industry good practice
- Lead communication and change management improvement for the Vulcan IT team
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Administration skills
- Knowledge of Zendesk & Freshdesk
- Good communicator
- Highly motivated
- Root-Cause analysis
- Any Microsoft specific exams, training or experience
- Experience of hosted solutions and software as a service
- Understanding of Soc2, ITIL or project management
- Relevant industry experience or projects
- Relevant Microsoft certification
- Experience with Azure
