**Day-to-day responsibilities of the role**:

- Deliver packaged food products to restaurants, cafes, and retailers within our designated route, adhering to strict schedules.
- Load, unload, and secure food products safely and efficiently, ensuring proper temperature control.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle, ensuring all safety features are functioning properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Assist with production tasks as required, to support the overall operation.
- Valid Class 1 New Zealand Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 50kg) while maintaining proper form.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in driving a Van
- Must be eligible to work in NZ
