Our Marketing team are looking for an **Assistant Digital Manager** to join to help us implement best in class digital and data-led consumer experiences across all of our digital touchpoints.

**As our Assistant Digital Manager, we will look to you to**:

- Implement best in digital brand/consumer experiences across all digital touchpoints and develop yearly plans for our brands across digital activity.
- Manage community management and be the voice of our brands and drive engagement - moderating brands in real time.
- Optimise social and paid media alongside media agency, managing weekly reporting and improvements. Develop reporting and insights of all activity for continuous learning and improvement.**We are looking for people with the below skills & knowledge**:

- Proven strength in Agency and Stakeholder Management
- Social and content planning and implementation (including platform and media fundamentals) - social media understanding; delivering best in class social plans from awareness to conversion, using media, content excellence, format optimisation and community engagement.
- In touch with cultural trends relevant to Social Media platforms, Alcohol & Brands
- Creativity and curiosity with an understanding of the digital ecosystem and how to optimise and manage website content using CMS.

**Ideal experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency or client role implementing social and digital campaigns.
- Use of Social media platforms - Meta Business Suite
- Experience in social listening tools e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc.
- Agency management experience, or client facing at an agency currently
