**About the role**:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through a wide range of improvements as our Continuous Improvement Leader supporting the Dulux ANZ Powders manufacturing sites. One based in Glenfield and one in Melbourne, Australia

As part of the site leadership team of the supported sites, you’ll have a strong focus on quality, safety, efficiency and productivity as you identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver site objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with all teams on site to implement and drive improvements.
- Collaborating and coaching production teams to identify root cause of process deviations, inefficiencies and process constraints.
- Using LEAN manufacturing tools and structured problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and continually strive for improvement.
- Rolling out changes for ongoing process improvement across the site
- Developing and driving the site Continuous Improvement strategy

**Skills & Experience**:
This is a key role, so you’ll need to be a proactive and confident problem solver with a collaborative approach to succeed. Your background could be in engineering, or other manufacturing disciplines but regardless you’ll be committed, reliable and able to get things done.

Other key skills and experience include:

- Strong CI skills
- Excellent motivating and influencing skills
- The ability to implement and drive lasting change
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
