**The Businesses**
On the one hand we have a bustling burger outlet right in the heart of the Octagon which is pumping out gourmet burgers to all of Dunedin. We're busy, we're fast and we know how to combine burgers and beer to create a good time. On the other, across the Octagon you can find Dunedin Social Club. Now this place is all about locally brewed beers, late nights and a good time

**The Role**
We're getting busy in both kitchens and require some help This is a full time position where you will be required to support both sites. We're seeking a weapon who is able to whip up a burger storm at Velvet Burger before deep frying the tastiest beer accompaniments across the street. The teams are fun, energetic and are often spreading their passion between the two sites.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Making each dish according to recipe, following the recipe to 100%
- Setting kitchen up for busy periods
- Assisting the kitchen manager as required
- Greeting customers, taking their orders and clearing once they have left.

**Skills / Experience**
You don’t need any previous experience as we will teach you everything you need to know, all you need is a brilliant attitude and a willingness to learn. For us, it’s about all the people.
