**About the Role**

The Solution Implementation Consultant performs a pivotal role in solution delivery. It’s an end to end role that requires engagement with potential new clients during presales stage and providing solution overview in Tender/RFI responses. You will be responsible for requirement gathering and documentation, client training, project coordination and delivery through to operations, all with a seamless client experience.

The Solution Implementation Consultant should be organised, process driven, results oriented and always act with the customer front of mind. The ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organisation, internally and externally is essential for the role. The role is based in Auckland and reports to the Professional Services - Team Leader

**Main Duties**
- Work with the client and sales to understand the business requirements and align these requirements with our capabilities
- Identify where our capabilities will add significant value to the process
- Determine if additional capabilities are required to support the business requirement and work with the Product/Solutions Manager on options
- Work with the client to understand the value our solution will provide to their business
- Document the proposed solution architecture and prepare presentations that clearly describe the solution, benefits and value
- Cost the solution obtaining input from development, operations and third parties. Input pricing data in conjunction with the Product/Solutions manager and Sales
- Actively participate in post implementation reviews and promote the 'lessons learned' to achieve improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices.
- Ensure all project risks and issues are captured, managed and reported accordingly to all relevant project stakeholders by regular project communication

**About You**

To be successful in this role, alongside having good stakeholder management & client engagement skills, you would have demonstrated expertise in successful implementation of software solutions. Prior experience in technical business analysis would be preferred.

Key Skills & Experience include
- Minimum of 5 years working in a Business process environment
- Experience delivering digital or web focused projects
- Experience in Accounts Payable or finance roles/products is desirable
- Knowledge of Content Management, Workflow, and ERP systems is desirable
- Development of business process solutions, particularly in the use of ‘workflow tools’
- Practical experience with the sales bid process and responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
- In depth knowledge of capabilities needed to support business process services; specifically, document scanning, classification, recognition, data capture and exception processing
