A senior role reporting to the Head of, you will play a key lead and support the Market Risk & Liquidity team on key initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Actively monitoring the trading book and liquidity management strategies and activities of the organisation, as well as the external environment.

Providing proactive advice to the business and insightful analysis to the Market Risk management & governance committees.

Engaging with key internal stakeholders (i.e., Treasury, wider Line 2 risk teams, etc.) and regulators to maintain strong risk management practices.

Maintaining the market risk framework and associated policies and procedures.

Translate Board approved risk appetite into risk policies & risk metrics.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

Key Skills to be successful:
5 years in a Market Risk or related role.

Exposure and experience working with Markets products; derivatives, FX, Commodities, Money markets.

Knowledge of / experience with risk management frameworks and principles.

Strong verbal and written communicator and proven stakeholder management skills.

Appropriate quantitative modelling and financial instrument valuation skills.

Ideally you will have a strong mathematical background and a degree in a quantitate discipline.
