We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and passionate Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to our Building Services Leadership team. You’ll primarily support two senior managers and operate as a central link between our leadership team and other key stakeholders within the business. This is an ideal role for an expert administrator who can build and maintain relationships and enjoys operating with high levels of ambiguity and autonomy.

This is a varied role that requires attention to detail, resilience, diplomacy, business acumen and a high level of commitment and passion. In return, we offer the opportunity to help shape the role to maximise your skills and accommodate a flexible work schedule.

This is more than a typical administrator role as you will be given the chance to make an impact, and see your ideas valued and put into action.
