**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, we have an opportunity to engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach across our Route (on-prem) channel to maximise commercial opportunities. You will have total ownership for our Better Drinks Co. customer base in our **Lower North Island territory (Wellington and surrounds, up to Palmerston and around the west coast) with some overnight travel required.**
From selling in new products, remixing stock, taking orders and delivering unbeatable beverage solutions, you’ll be a true partner to our customers. You’ll be calling on existing customers with a solid focus on bringing new business into The Better Drinks Co. and Asahi Family.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Building strong connections with Route customers in the region
- Building strong commercial connections with your aligned distributer networks
- Cold Calling to bring on new business
- Utilising your commercial acumen to create tailored win-win beverage solutions for our customers and drive distribution across the region

Our team is honest, fun and enjoys a bit of friendly competition. We’re on the lookout for motivated, focused sales stars who are comfortable thinking outside the box to achieve results, and above all, has the right attitude.
- Demonstrated sales experience with beverage/FMCG or route expertise highly regarded
- A strong communicator who builds memorable relationships with their customers
- Self-motivated with impeccable time management, high attention to detail and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get the job done
- Strong administration skills and ability to plan essential to deal with a workload and follow up
A valid (and clean) NZ drivers licence goes without saying
