**Technical Consultants**

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing development and integration expertise
- Teamwork developing detailed designs, technical specs, and data models to customer requirements
- Providing support with bug fixes and enhancements to supported clients
- Designing and deploying business solutions
- Working with other members of the technical team to deliver large projects

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and development experience with MS tech including;.NET C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS
- Excellent documentation skills including developing functional and technical specifications
- Drive - to rapidly deliver value to customers through complex Dynamics CRM implementations
- Experience with web development will also be an advantage

**Functional Consultants**

Suitable for capable Consultants who:

- Extensive MS D365 CRM experience
- Understands how businesses work and commercial experience
- Customer centric always
- Can juggle hands-on functional configuration to running customer meetings, and business process discussions
- Can provide informative, business-ready training for stakeholders
- An ability to diagnose and analyse issues with a passion to build and improve existing processes

What you’ll need to succeed:

- 2-4 years minimum in a similar customer facing role
- Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as seniors, peers and developers across the product teams
- Strong customer service focus with a penchant for learning
