**The opportunity**

Our property team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor or senior associate to join the team led by partners Daniel Kelleher, Tom Bennett, and newly appointed partner, Paula Ormandy. Our property team is often at the forefront of high-profile property and construction projects, working with a mix of local and international clients, including local government, crown entities and corporates.

**What matters to us**

We value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious, and innovative. We are looking for someone who approaches every challenge with energy and enthusiasm and enjoys working as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you would also ideally have six or more years of relevant property law experience, with at least some of that experienced gained in New Zealand private practice and be able to work on a range of real estate matters and transactions.
