Our client is a large, customer-focused company and they are seeking a keen individual to assist with database management, distrusting incoming service requests, and a small element of customer engagement.
This is a 6-month temporary contract opportunity working Monday - Friday. You will be working in an environment that offers flexible working and has a great team culture.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Receiving service requests from retailers
- Coordinating contractors to complete service requests
- Processing documentations
- Maintain an internal database
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide input as required into the Customer Service Centre’s quality assurance and audit requirements
**You will need**:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative information
- Methodical and process-driven approach, with the ability to plan and prioritise
- A fast learner
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a solution focus
- Computer literate, and the ability to work with multiple systems
