You would have
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Cook, experience in Turkish cuisine is a plus because we mainly cook Turkish food.
- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to work in a small, high paced and vast volume environment.
- Punctual, organised & capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Experience with health & safety laws and keeping records for quality control.
- Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends (kitchen is open from 10 am to 10 pm).
