**About The Role**

**Location**:Hamilton

Our business is continuously growing which has lead to the creation of this role. This is a full time permanent role with a 40-hour work week.

As a nominated representative, you will:

- Meet with customers who are already interested in understanding how to get the best out of their KiwiSaver either in their home, workplace, video call or over the phone.
- Provide limited scope advice on the features and benefits of KiwiSaver and explain the different fund options available to them.
- Help customers grow their knowledge and savings and achieve the lifestyle they want in retirement.
- Be a trusted advisor by providing accurate product information and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Obtain referrals from your customers of others interested in understanding more about their KiwiSaver.
- Network, build relationships and participate in various events to further grow your reach within the community.
- Add value by being accessible throughout changes in your customer’s life circumstances.

**About You**

Are you a financial adviser or thinking about becoming one? Do you have an interest in financial wellbeing, KiwiSaver, and Investments?

You will thrive here if you are:

- **Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset - **You like the thought of being out of the office, structuring and managing your own day. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting new people, building authentic relationships, networking, and getting yourself out there in your community.
- **Process focused **- You know the importance of following processes; you commit to retaining high standards and doing the right thing by your customer.
- **Growth mindset** - You’re positive & optimistic by nature, you welcome feedback, change and view most experiences in life as learning opportunities.

More specific to the role, you will also have:

- Previous success in a customer-focused role - Client Services, Account Management, Sales, BDM, Broker, Adviser, Recruiter.
- Exposure to Financial Services (Banking, KiwiSaver, Mortgages, Insurance, Real estate, Banking, or Investments) would be an advantage but not essential.
- An interest in completing your Level 5 financial services certificate - paid by us.
- A clean credit and police check is essential.
- Your own vehicle and smart phone to enable you to complete the role.
- The ability to build strong connections and rapport within the community.
