**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

**What you might like to know about this opportunity**:

- Design, run, and evaluate behavioural trials and interventions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct literature reviews, assess behavioural barriers, and co-design evidence-based interventions.
- Analyse trial results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business-as-usual operations.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate insights and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Provide expert consultation and training across Auckland Transport to embed behavioural insights into strategic priorities and everyday decision-making.
- Champion behavioural science through thought leadership, the development of a knowledge repository, and the establishment of a Behavioural Science Community of Practice.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture across the organisation, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**
- A degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector.
- Strong skills in both qualitative (e.g. ethnography, design thinking) and quantitative research and evaluation.
- Experience designing and running behavioural trials and interventions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative, creative, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
