**About the role**

This is an outstanding opportunity for an organisational wellbeing expert to help shape and deliver Groov’s innovative and world class workplace wellbeing programme.

You will have a track record of successful wellbeing programme implementation and a science informed knowledge of individual and organisational wellbeing, and behaviour change.

Drawing on your science communication expertise, you will naturally present information and ideas in an engaging, accessible and delightful way to a range of audiences. You will employ your robust knowledge of workplace wellbeing and up-to-date intervention to continually improve and strengthen Groov’s offering

**What you'll do**

This role involves close collaboration and interaction across the Clinical/Behavioural Science, Customer Success, and Product Teams - and is a key conduit between the Clinical/Behavioural Science, Product and Customer Success Teams at Groov.

As the key WWSIS, you own and regularly update the WWSIS Strategy (live document) to reflect your focus, priorities and achievements. As outlined in the strategy, principal responsibilities include:

- Providing organisational wellbeing expertise to evolve and strengthen the programme and product suite
- Presenting / facilitating wellbeing workshops and webinars
- Communicating wellbeing science with confidence
- Contributing to the ongoing development of Groov clinical and behavioural change frameworks
- Owning the Ambassadors Programme
- Providing best practice guidance and support internally at Groov
- Supporting the Clinical team with the design and delivery of the product
- Assisting with the development and implementation of a framework for identifying and addressing Psychosocial Risks.
- Providing tailored wellbeing support for customers (outside of the Groov workplace wellbeing programme and product suite; such as People and Culture strategy development guidance)
- Owning customer feedback for product refinement and innovation
- Contributing to the design and development of the Groov product suite
- Supporting with automation of survey results commentary
- Supporting in automation of workplace ritual suggestions
- Refining Programme comms and creating/supporting the creation of content and resources to augment the Groov Programme
- Supporting Sales with key accounts and opportunities

These key responsibilities can be categorised into the three key business units, as outlined below.

**1. **Clinical / Behavioural Science**

Ensure the programme is clinically sound and utilise principles of organisational psychology to maximise success. Working with the clinical team to help:

- Delight our customers and end users by developing and delivering engaging workshops and webinars
- Refine the Groov Wellbeing and Behaviour Change Framework
- Refinement and ongoing rollout of the Groov Ambassadors Programme offering
- Consult with and coordinate the Groov Clinical Advisory Group as necessary
- Provide recommendations around survey results and next steps
- Contribute to behavioural science and clinical content

**2. Customer Success**

Delight our customers by offering a strong and impactful Workplace Wellbeing Programme.
- Be hands-on with implementing the workplace wellbeing programme within workplaces, including building meaningful relationships with our customers and their people
- Speak confidently to the product suite; inform customers of all aspects of the programme
- Support customers with strategic decisions (such as developing / revising a Wellbeing Strategy) and assist in implementing recommended solutions
- Provide support and guidance to Groov Customer Success Managers and Sales team as required (e.g. Embed Success Metrics, Onboarding Presentation, etc, expertise as to the science behind our products and programmes.)

**3. Product**

Continually improve and strengthen the programme offering; ensuring it is scalable and future-proofed in order to reach various diverse workplaces in the ongoing quest for wellbeing.
- Strategic vision: explore ‘what’s next’ in the programme offering
- Stay up to date with future organisational psychology / workplace wellbeing focus areas and trends
- Research opportunities for strengthening the programme
- Bring organisational wellbeing expertise to shape the programme (ideation)
- Provide organisational psychology expertise and a competent understanding of individual behaviour change in the refinement of product additions.
