Our client, Total Hydraulic Solutions Limited has a leadership opportunity within a well-established management team, to hit the ground running and support future growth of the company. The Service Manager - Fluid Power/Hydraulic will head up the fluid power/hydraulic service/repair division of the Company.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Being responsible and developing a strong, world class team and culture with optimum productivity
- Managing the workshop and service delivery, whilst developing and increasing customer sales
- Maintaining professional relationships with partners, customers, and contractors
- Managing all hydraulic/fluid power service and repair jobs, diagnostics and sales
- Liaison with clients, and other departments, to enable smooth workflow and job progress
- Manage/assist with technical enquiries, troubleshooting, system design and technical diagnostics
- Staff management, including allocation of jobs and service call outs
- Oversee the development of installation documented processes
- Manage quality control procedures, post audits and reporting
- Oversee invoicing, monthly WIP and stock management, working alongside the Administration Manager to ensure all timeframes are met
- Personal and team health and safety compliance

Our client requires someone who relates well to people, with experience in workshop management capacity, and sales and service. A commitment to customer service, timeframes and high-quality output is key.
- A natural leader, with the ability to maintain a collaborative and productive culture
- A trade certification and experience with hydraulic repairs, schematics and fabrication is preferred, however not essential for the role. An interest is essential however
- People skills, a deliverer of excellent customer service and former of key business relationships
- Ability to run diagnostics, and assist with the management of technical enquiries
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot detailed drawings and manuals
- Design capabilities, for new and retrofitted system design
- Experience in costing and quoting works, managing budgets
- Meticulous with an eye for detail and a passion for perfect
- Excellent time management capabilities
