**About the role**:
The Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Park Hyatt and Spa policies, systems and procedures, and managing The Spa on a day to day basis operationally. Successful management will include meeting budget targets, developing a strong image and reputation in the community, the team’s effectiveness and responsiveness to the members and guests needs.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Prepares all daily, weekly and monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation.
- Personally verify that all guests are receiving the best possible service in line with the “Spa Experience Programme” and the hotel standards.
- Liaise with all other practitioners, therapists, staff departments to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Experience working in a similar 5 star environment or hotel, preferably with knowledge about the beauty industry.
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Legal working rights in NZ for minimum
- Must to be able to work weekends
