We are looking for an ambassador for** Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour** as **_Spa Therapist_**.**The ambassador should an eye for detail, a passion for creating magnifique luxury experience for our guests and developing a wonderful team.

Our Ambassador will be:

- Deliver unparalleled spa experiences from guest arrival to departure, ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury and elegance.
- Provide bespoke massage and body treatments with precision, using a range of expert techniques tailored to each guest.
- Curate a serene and inviting environment, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, ambient settings, and a sense of calm.
- Offer personalised wellness, retail, and lifestyle recommendations, enhancing the guest journey beyond their treatment.
- Exemplify professionalism and empathy, building lasting relationships while embodying the highest standards of five-star service.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of spa therapies, products, and facilities, confidently executing suggestive and add-on sales.
- Ensure treatment rooms are flawlessly maintained and fully stocked, anticipating every guest need with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury spa environment is essential.
- Knowledge of spa booking systems or property management systems is preferred.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and polished in all interactions.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
- Committed to personal and professional development, demonstrating self-awareness and continuous improvement.
- Works effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and service standards.
- Builds and maintains cooperative, professional working relationships across all levels.
- Projects a refined, professional image at all times through appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Initiates engagement and establishes rapport effortlessly with guests and colleagues.
- Strong presentation skills, representing the spa and brand at the highest level.
