We are looking for Retail Supervisors for our busy grocery store located in the heart of Remuera, Auckland. The supervisors will perform the below duties:

- Determining customer requirements and advising on product range from which customer can purchase the products from.
- Develop strategies to implement best practices to increase sales and profitability.
- Handling Checkouts: Preparing sales invoices and accepting payment for goods and services by a variety of payment methods.
- Maintain shelf allotment, shelf tagging and ensure the products are placed at the right place with appropriate labels.
- Ensure to keep the store clean by disposing of empty cartons, maintaining the facility and keep it safe and organized.
- Management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes.
- Safely unload and receive inward goods.
- Help with verification and checking the goods. Also ensure that it match the documentation.
- Manage and train the retail assistants to perform their daily tasks with efficiency.
- Coordinate with the suppliers to order stock and keep it stacked at all times.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the Management.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

Other requirements will be as per below:

- Available to work on weekends.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for longer hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
