We are looking for a **Showrooms Supervisor** to lead and inspire our team across the Showrooms department, which includes **Bathrooms/Plumbing, Kitchens, Flooring, Electrical, and Housewares/Storage.**

**About the Role**:
As the **Showrooms Supervisor**, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our showroom areas. This role requires **strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and retail management experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and support the showroom team to deliver **exceptional customer service** and achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the right solutions for their home improvement needs.
- Manage daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Work closely with the **Retail Store Manager/Sales Manager** to develop and implement strategies for **sales growth and operational efficiency.**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use your **tech-savvy skills** to enhance operational processes and improve team efficiency.
- Ensure all health & safety standards are met within the showroom areas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Retail management or supervisory experience** in a customer-facing environment.
- A strong passion for **customer service and sales.**:

- ** Experience in bathrooms, plumbing, kitchens, flooring, electrical, or housewares** is an advantage, but not essential.
- The ability to handle a **fast-paced, hands-on role** that involves both leadership and operational tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive leader who can **motivate and develop** a team.
