**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Day to day office management
- Cashflow forecasting & management
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- GST payments
- Assisting with month end accounts
- Ad-hoc accounts and administration work
- Stock control & ordering

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience as an accounts all-rounder at least 3 - 4 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent using systems including the MS Suite
- A positive and professional attitude
