Are you a highly organised, bright and friendly mid-senior level Administrator wanting to take the next step in your career, if that sounds like you the we may have the perfect job for you.

Turners Cars New Zealand is opening a brand-new Timaru branch and we want to fill the role of Office Manager with an energetic, experienced administrator who enjoys challenge and is looking to advance their career.

Reporting to the branch manager and overseeing one other, this is a key role where you will be pivotal to getting the new branch up and running and ensuring processes are put in place to ensure the branch’s success.

We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality, who is highly organised, process driven and has loads of energy and initiative to fully take this role by the horns. You will already have 3-5 years administrative and accounts experience under your belt and are now ready to take your career to the next level.

The successful applicant will also possess the following:

- A Customer focused and professional approach;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous experience in accounts administration; debtors/Creditors, Accounts payable, General Ledge reconciliations;
- Computer literate with intermediate Word, Excel & data entry skills;
- High attention to detail with strong organisational & planning skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and cope under pressure.
