As a supervisor you will oversee shipping and logistics teams and activities for the facilities. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities within a warehouse to work together seamlessly and
efficiently. This role owns receiving and shipping orders, reviewing logistics, leading the relevant operational teams, working with the administration/planning teams, ensuring warehouse equipment
is maintained and the highest safety standards are maintained.
You will be required to work 6pm to 6am on a 4 day on 4 day off roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the department
- Manage work schedules and absence expectations
- Issue written and verbal instructions to the team
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety procedures
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to streamline processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Warehouse Systems and Warehouse Supervision
- Previous experience within a cold store environment advantageous
- Familiarity with MPI requirements for primary industries an advantage
- Ability to lead, direct, and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
