**What you will be doing**:

- Entering customer’s orders
- Liaising with the sales, production and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Resolving any issues/ or escalating to Team Leader/ Branch Manager
- Completions of work orders

**To be successful in this role, you must have / be**:

- Proven customer service, administration or sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience - someone who does not get flustered easily when dealing with contractors and builders
- Intermediate admin/computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- High attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Hamilton, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
