**The roles we have available are**:
**Claims Lodgement Advisor**
- Help our customers in their time of need with the lodgement process of claims
- Problem solving on a daily basis to reach the right outcome for our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and our assessing team to ensure the smooth processing of each claim
- Act in accordance with legislative and company requirements at all times
- Use your passion for customer service and your exceptional communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
**Inbound Sales Advisor**
- Sell the benefits of our products - no cold calling
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
- Deliver awesome service to each and every customer you speak with

**Recruitment Experience**
There are three stages to the recruitment of this role:
**2.Chat Interview** you will then be invited to complete a chat based interview, where you will be asked behavioural interview questions (similar to a face to face interview) taking you about 20-25 minutes to complete.
**3.Assesment Centre** if successful, you will be invited to a virtual group interview which takes about 2 hours. You'll learn more about the role and company and go through some group and one on one activities.
