**Join Our Bakery Team as a Bread Baker / Oven Master at Bishopdale New World**

Do you love the smell of freshly baked bread in the early morning? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Bread Baker / Oven Master to join our bakery team at Bishopdale New World

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with dough, mastering the oven, and being part of the magic that happens before the store doors open. If you’re an early riser who takes pride in creating top-quality baked goods, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Dough & Oven Mastery**: Prepare and bake a variety of breads and rolls to perfection, ensuring our shelves are stocked with fresh, delicious products.
- ** Early Morning Production**: Start bright and early at 3:00 AM, working through to 11:30 AM to get ahead of the day and keep our bakery running smoothly.
- ** Quality & Consistency**: Maintain high standards in every batch, from mixing to baking to cooling.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the bakery team to meet production targets and support a positive, productive environment.
- ** Weekend Specialist**: Be a key part of our weekend crew, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during our busiest times.
