This role requires someone who has the ability to understand customer needs, pick up processes and systems and be a keen problem solver with a "can do" attitude. You will be providing an exceptional customer service experience managing inbound & outbound calls and offering technical support, cross-sell and upselling to all customers matching their needs at all given opportunities to ensure all customers are aware of our products and services. In return, you will work in a very supportive, down-to-earth, values-based team **Start date is 14th of November** **This is a 100% work-from-home, shift-based role with** **the potential for weekend work - so you can be** **based anywhere in New Zealand** **You will need**: - 3 years relevant experience is highly desirable however other skills and experience would be considered. A minimum of 1 years experience within a Customer Service / Telecommunications / ISP Contact Centre environment is favourable - Proven sales and/or retention skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Share our passion for achieving amazing things for our customers, colleagues, and ourselves Emergent specialises in providing experienced and skilled temporary and permanent staff to a wide variety of businesses.
