**The Role**

This position is available due to the internal progression of the current general labourer.

In this position you will be working alongside qualified Tradespeople, assisting them with the following tasks
- Basic welding and fabrication
- Operating power tools, presses, and other shaping tools
- Work on various construction sites as a general hand
- Clean and maintain all equipment and machinery as directed

This role is suitable for someone looking for a long-term career in the engineering industry.

**Days & Hours**

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday

Typically 7.00am - 4.30pm

There are opportunities for overtime and weekend work depending on the project.

**Ideal Attributes**
- Interested in engineering and pursuing a long-term career in the industry.
- Physically fit
- Comfortable around power tools and heavy machinery
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ
