Front Office Attendant/ Receptionist

Copthorne Oriental Bay Wellington is now recruiting for a front office attendant/ receptionist. This job will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and assisting guests throughout their stay. As every team member helps out you must also be willing to walk multiple flights of stairs while carrying luggage when required.
As operations are 24/7, evening, day and weekend shifts are required so flexibility is key.

This role requires learning our Property Management System so computer skills are key. We also are looking for staff willing to commit to at least 12-16 hours per week (2 shifts) but full-time roles are also available.
It's important you are fluent in English and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.
